Walmart Makes Sensory-Friendly Hours Permanent

Walmart wants to support the needs of their customers with disabilities. During back to school season, the company kept sensory friendly hours on Saturdays. The program received positive reviews by the customers and workers.

Hence, it announced that it will continue to have sensory friendly hours every day at all of its stores in the country. From 8 to 10 am daily, it will provide a pleasant  shopping experience. During this time, the overhead lights will be low, radios will be turned off as well as replace the moving pictures with static ones on TV. This definitely will help customers calm their eyes and ears as they shop in a more comfortable manner.
